Let me put it to you this way. If a bunch of us were sitting around talking guns in a diner, bar, or someones garage and because we're human sooner or later an off topic thread of conversation will happen- tales from our pasts, off color jokes, cars, women, etc. etc. That is unless all participants were elderly monks who didn't have a life before, during, and after they developed an interest in guns, and who still have no other thoughts about life outside of guns and who have zero sense of humor or the absurd. I submit we none of us are such monks, and while I relish the fact that by and large we on this forum maintain a tacit avoidance of politics, rancor, and mean-spiritedness that pervades some of the other forums on the 'Fire, we are nonetheless human. Lighten up!
