made some really good salsa verde to take to the hog hunt. they don't have any descent hot sauce at that place, just Tabasco. this stuff is hot but great flavor.

I've got the kolaches ordered from Prasek's, & GWB is gonna bring them over for us. (We may need to do a hard count upon arrival, to make sure there wasn't any shrinkage during the trip...  ) I've only ever ordered from the mother ship, in Hilje, TX, but the folks in Sealy assured me these are the same kolaches that have made the company famous the world 'round. I can't wait! FC I'll be curious to see if they are any better than Shipley's

Hey Dan did Kevin come up with a scale this time?. Will the knifes be for 1st and second in the heavy hog division or will the other blade be for 3 pig combined weight? I've got to find a way to get home and grab my gear.
