Interesting why was it filed in DC instead of Texas. Dont believe DC circuit court has jurisdiction for landowners in Texas.

A lot of suits regarding government administrative actions are filed in D.C. because that is the "location" of the defendant, sometimes an agency but in this case The President.

seems to me the reduction of stock stolen or butchered , sabotage , stripping , or theft of machinery and equipment , trash dumping , etc , would be well worth the inconvenience of a barrier and Border patrol access road...anyone cut off from stock water should get govt supplied pipeline and tanks

Yes the cartel is behind filing law suits. Piglosi and shummer will have to return some the cartel's bribe money when Trump builds the wall.

Just put a couple of Apachi's flying patrol and wipe out a couple of groups and all this will go away.
