I have a couple of the non-illuminated 3-10’s, but interested in one of the illuminated ones. I see on their website where they are set parallax free at 125m. I really wish they were set parallax free further out, like 300m/yds, but since they aren’t...

Anyone checked how the parallax is on these at say 300-600+yds? Just curious but I purchase one.

Thanks!

I've spent a fair amount of time with one at 300 and haven't noticed the parallax causing a problem...but I haven't been specifically trying to evaluate it. I've always had it at 10x when shooting at 300 and just focus on trying to sit in the sweet spot (like always)....groups have been good so I've not complaints. At 10x or less I'd rather not have a parallax adjustment.

I have one with parallax adjustment. 10X and below, not sure how much parallax adjustment you really need for general use and hunting.

Think I’d trade parallax for illuminated reticle. Wasn’t available back then.

I don’t necessarily need/want parallax adjustment, but a lot of the “tactical” 3-9/3-10 range scopes I’ve used have 3-5” at 500yds. Not sure why they set the distance so short personally - I’d rather have some minor parallax at 100-200yds, and less further out. I personally prefer all of mine either have parallax reset for 250-300yds or have the adjustment. At the range, easy enough to ensure good consistent cheekweld/alignment, but from field positions I don’t find it as easy or convenient.

It’s a personal pet peeve (i know), thus my question about how the parallax is on these further out.
