So, I was sent on a Bowtech until I started shooting the new bows. I shot the new Hoyts, Bowtechs, PSE, Mathews, Elite, and a couple brands I don’t remember,. What came out on top for me was the Elite Ritual. I shot both the 33 and 35 for a while at 5 yards and not setup but they seem very similar. I’m having a hard time deciding between the Ritual 33 and 35, anyone have any input or reviews of the two?

I bought a Ritual 33 in December......it sure is smooth! My draw weight is only 54# and I haven't run it through the chronograph knowing I'll have nothing to brag about, lol.

A friend bought a 35 a few weeks ago and he, myself and a couple other guys have shot together at a local indoor range and each one of them after shooting my 33 just smiled and said "holy crap is that smooth".

I've been shooting archery for 50+ years and never been a terrific shot, just good enough to have fun and kill deer. Never did a "Robin Hood" in all those years but surely broke a couple handfuls of nocks, tore up lots of vanes, feathers and bounced off aluminum shafts. I have two RH's now with the Ritual. Damn......... smile

^^^. So you’re saying they liked your 33 more than the 35? If so, why? Thanks

I didn't say that.

They all commented on how smooth the 33 was....that is all.

I don't think there is a wrong choice between the two. If you're set on one of the two Ritual's, have your bow shop set up each one at your draw length/weight and add a sight and rest. Shoot them both at 20yds and see what you really like.

This is what I did. I still can't decide.

I had the same problem with the Elite Energy 32 and 35 - owned both at the same time.

I ended up shooting the 32 a little better than the 35, though the 35 "should" have been more stable with the longer ATA.

The 32 became the field bow, and the 35 became the back-up bow.

The bow shop did notice that the 35 had a bit more of a cam lean, more than the 32 did at full draw.

Both were set up the same, tuned by the same shop, and equipped the same by me - really came down to 40 yards and beyond when the 32 was grouping tighter for me than the 35 was.

As I shot both, I had more confidence in the 32 under pressure than I did the 35 - YMMV.

I have the elite 33 and man do I love it. The only reason I draw 70 pounds is because of that bow, any other
And I would be at 60 pounds. So I recommend the 33, as does my archery guy.

I like a longer ata bow on average, but haven’t shot that one in particular.
