'Oh yes Sir! No sweet or tomato paste down here Vinegar based an homemade recipe over 50 years old. I cook from 5 to 40 a year for people.

Just Kidding, it's not my favorite, but bbq is regional and that's why we all have different taste buds. Nice job on that hog!!
