Belly meat and jowl meat are my favorite for main course and ribs we usually have as an appetizer an hour early. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!!!!!!!!

I grew up in eastern N.C. and I'll have to say that it's about as good as it gets. Wilber's used to be the best around, until his daughter took over - now it seems to be inconsistent.

BBQ to me is KISS (keep it simple stupid) and enjoy. Smile and laughter and watching a crowd eat is enough for me. If it ain't broke don't fix it!!!!!!!!!!!
