Very good overall condition. Has had a recoil pad added and has been glass bedded. I have not shot this rifle. Front sight blade is bent.

Mark Penrod Winchester 70 custom barreled action 7mm Remington mag (scope not inlcuded): Amazingly smooth and reliably functioning action.
This rifle still shoots almost every handload developed very well or under 0.5". I bedded it in a HS precision stock that was just re-painted by HS.
