the technologies used these days is amazing. I've watched a show on TV, Drain the Oceans, and it is amazing how they can see everything on the bottom of the oceans.
Laws aren't preventative measures. In other words, more laws won't prevent gun crime from happening.

The Wasp was a poorly built warship. No armor, weak engines and knowingly vulnerable to torpedo attack. She was the result of leftover carrier tonnage that the US was allowed for aircraft carriers, so they built a carrier that was an asset in peacetime, but a liability in war.
