Was wondering if anyone had experience with both and could tell me their thoughts comparing the two. The price for each seem very close at just over $1000 if you shop around.

shortside Campfire Regular Joined: Oct 2003 Posts: 808 Western MT	Big difference between them. I am a 1911 shooter, but LOVE the CZ Shadow 2. Grip angle and ergos are an easy transition for me. The SIG, while a great handgun, just does not work for my mental and physical conditioning. I have several CZs, and the new Shadow 2 will be he next one. Both are far more accurate than necessary for USPSA/IPSC/IDPA use. “I am in love with Montana. The CZ is a much better choice for USPSA. My 2 cents, while there are a couple changes to the Shadow 2 I like, I think I prefer the original Shadow. Last edited by cas6969; 03/27/19.
