Was just looking at the Ruger website and they don't list any American standard models in left hand. They do show the left hand Predator in 4 calibers - .243, 6.5 Creed, 7-08 and 308 but el zippo in the standards.
This is the first I've heard about it, has anybody heard for sure about this? I mean, the website is kind of the basis of truth but that's a bummer if they stopped them. The Predator is nice but I like the plain ol' standard as well. There are some still listed on gunbroker but I guess once they're gone they're gone.
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!

I heard they are dropping all SS guns in the American line. Not sure why. The LH SS distributor runs sold great, then they were cataloged for a short time before getting dropped.
Didn't hear anything about the regular LH Americans, other than the dealer here in MI that gets the exclusive 450 Rugers, said that when his 2 LH models are sold out, that's it for LH 450s.

Ruger is prone to making runs of certain items then pivot and go a different direction. Nothing it does surprises me.

Yeah, and yet they may be back in a year or two.
Guess I'd better keep the stainless .308.

Yeah, if you have a lefty stainless, I'd say hold it. Doubt you will ever see those again from the factory. Unless Davidson's does another request. I have seen very few even come up for sale, in the past few years. Still a few compact SS LH models on Gunbroker (223 and 243), but that's it.

I've noticed you don't often see any used ones come up for sale. Blue or SS. I bought 2 of the SS 223 when they were available and converted one to 20 practical. The other one is still in the box. I considered turning that one into a 17/204 but I think Ill just hold it for a while. LOL
ETA - if anyone is looking for a 1/8 SS barrel with 20 rounds on it, I'd be willing to sell it.

They say everything happens for a reason. For me that reason is usually because I've made some bad decisions that I need to pay for.
