Yes btw. Get them by the end of the month for a discount, I think I read that somewhere. I’ve got my lifetime license, so cost isn’t much of a factor. My boy though is a non resident, im glad Kansas keeps the youth tags cheap, $12.50 for a non resident. They’re not all in that field. I’m assuming my buddies field on the opposite side of town will have a good sized herd in it as well, like it usually does.

But if the kid is not doing well, I would not.
He’s in 2nd grade. At the end of 1st semester his teacher said he was done for the rest of the year. They send him to the junior high 1 day a week for extended learning activities. They’ve moved him on to higher grades math classes. Testing as beyond a 6th grade reading level “because the test we use doesn’t go beyond that”. I think he’s doing alright. Well, took about 30 minutes. One excited 8 year old. Nice Merkel shotgun with the kid and quail. Not sure what it is actually. 16 guage. Unmarked, 1919 proof dates. Barrels initials of M.M. Some of the German gurus think Max Moeller did the barrels on a Sauer action. 5# 15 ounces of pleasure to carry all day.
