Don't tease Judlady...she'd never even "seen" one and can only guess.

Bless her heart.

I reckon I should take a stroll and line some .224" bore chamberings up,to really "help" the Swift out.

Hint...............(grin)

Beautiful! Where's the 50's you pontificate. Congratulations?!?

Pass the Kreedmire and hold the fluff,by aligning RPM,COAL and Throat Geometry for THE win. At least you "get" to read about it.

Bless your heart.

I originally began hunting Whitetails with a 220 Swift. It was a lightning bolt on ‘em for sure.

I can only imagine what the little Alaskan troll has to say cuz I have him on ignore... due to a little stalking issue he had with me.... he was plumb infatuated.. spooky stuff...

But, about the swift, if you want one buy one you will not regret it, everyone will be in awe ...... if you build, do a fast twist, no downside with light bullets and the heavies will go far...
Very little recoil, max performance, it is a legend.

Brass is it's weakness, quality of available brass is ok, stock up .....

Enjoy ........ smile

Having the little mutt on ignore is nice.

Indeed 6mm
I see he responded a couple of times to my post...... I imagine I have reawakened his perverse infatuation?
Did he post that pic of himself with no pants again?

I also am finding the .224 Valkyrie interesting but I need to learn some more about the cartridge. Is it an AR platform only cartridge at this point?
