I miss that! I haven't been ice fishing in 25 years!
The perch we all but gone in Lake Michigan for about 20 years and now that there back, I just can't get back into it.
Well we're Green and we're Gold, and we play better when it's cold. All us Cheese heads have our favorite superstar. We love Brett Favre.

Do the yellow perch spawn before ice out? They typically spawn after ice out, mid-February to Mid March, even into April in these parts. Ice out is late around here this year, we had a record cold February.

Nothing has spawned here yet either. Last weekend for walleye, season now closed for spawing, reopens May 18th.
