First time using TAC, loading up some .358 win. It’s such a fine grain powder. Kinda messy if you aren’t really careful. One thing I noticed that I’ve never experienced before with various Hodgdon or Alliant stick type powders is that when I fill up a case I get a lot of powder grains stuck to the interior case neck where it was lubed. I’m assuming it all gets pushed down into the right place when I seat a bullet, right? Any downside or worry?

Bullet will push it down into the case. Load and shoot away. You will see no issues.

You already know you`re puting too much lube in the case necks. The bullet will push the powder into the case, no problem..but the stick powder will bridge sooner or later and you`re gonna have a mess.
