6A, head of beaver creek, just on the edge of the Junipers. lots of grass in there for them this year, and ALL the tanks are full.

group of 6 and one single seen yesterday, in less than an hour. (and not looking for them)

The world record goat came from the Chino Valley near Prescott. Not sure if it is still number one but with 18 inch horns who cares?

At least one 20" buck from AZ. I haven't checked lately, but some years ago 4 of the top 5 B&C antelope were from AZ.

did not have a camera with me. very light colored. but big and fat. they deserve a good year, last year was dry as h3ll!

Yea, we have some nice antelope in AZ but getting a tag is nearly impossible with most draw odds 1% or less. Archery's a little better but not much. Took me 25 years to draw this tag. 17.5" but lacks mass and prong length which kept him out of the book, still looks good to me.
