Have a marlin 99c with walnut stock gold trigger and marlin brand 4×20 scope. Is this just a 100 dollar rifle or are the scopes somehow a collector thing?

.
Anything can be collectable, if you have 3 or more you have a collection. Is it worth any considerable money? I can't answer that. To a Marlin 99 collector, I'm sure it would be of interest.

I picked up a 99 last year in superb shape, paid 100 otd. So much nicer than the 60s but lucky for us right now they are basically considered a 60 and priced the same. I'd consider it a 150 dollar rifle, maybe 200 if like new.
