This.

While "affordable" .22's definitely have their place in this man's world, at some point an inquisitive guy needs to explore the boundaries of accuracy with the .22 cartridge. You won't generally do that with cheap rifle (although a heckuva lot of them will astonish you) so at that point you start saving your nickels, like I did.

I would love to have a "good" 22 someday. For right now I can still miss with the cheap one I have.😉
