Looking for best and easiest way to mount a transducer for hummingbird Helix 5 depth finder on my pontoon boat ,including what and where to purchase ,thank you

Cabela's sells a transducer bracket made for pontoons that clamps on. Can't get much easier than that

Use the clamp on. Just know it's not going to read very well at more than low or idle speeds. You can mount it inside the hull w/white marine tex but you really have to know what you're doing. I would advise against screwing it to the outsde of your hull for obvious reasons. powdr

I looked on cabelas and bass pro shop and was unable to find anything specific for pontoon boat mounts
