Just forget them bigazz kickin’ .405’s. Get you a .30 US Army and be done with it. 220 RN’s all day. Big medicine on anything from elk critters to Moro tribesman!

32-20 all the way

The gauge of the gun is an index to the ability of the man to prove his manhood…If it is a 12-gauge, he is so-so. If it is a 16, he is pretty good. If it’s a 20-gauge, he is excellent, and if it a .410 he is bragging. -Robert Ruark

I'm a bolt guy... accuracy, light weight... but I love my 1886 and these beautiful lever guns you guys are posting are pure gun porn! I'd love to have several more lever guns and time to shoot 'em all.

Bravo

1895 in .405 would be my choice of the 3.

WoW!!!!!! Very nice!!!! Really like that carbine!

I have a 1895 in .30US circa 1900. Shoots great with full buckhorn rear sight.

I concur. Nice setup kaywoodie. Digging that cartridge belt accommodating both rifle and pistol cartridges. Whose 220's you loading? Hornady, Sierra ...?
