See all those chairs along the upper rails? That's where we hang out - not down below with the multitude of bodies... Much quieter, better sun, better breeze, and the bar's only a few steps away...

Just got back off a Alaska cruise. The best yet as the weather was perfect, the seas were calm and the food was good! I am a picky eater but had no problems finding something in the main dining room for lunch and dinner. I rarely venture up to the buffet unless its to sample something off the carving station or grab a drink/coffee. My room was cleaned and the bed made twice a day....find a hotel that does that!! If you haven't seen Alaska, you owe it to yourself to go! In conclusion, different strokes for different folks. I have a BIL that won't go on a cruise unless he finds one with a tennis court (not table tennis). I like them, I don't like to plan a bunch of crap to do....just do what I feel like. In 2021 I think I am going for a Pacific re positioning cruise.....start in HI and end up in Australia! You cruise haters....well stay at home and eat boiled eggs till you blow in place!
