Isn't marijuana legal in Washington? Something doesn't add up. Maybe back before WA "progressive stance" on pot became law..... he just got into a habit he liked.....  I hope this case involving a "13 time convicted felon. 27 years old. Out on the street. Washington state should be very proud of their legal system." will help enlighten some progressives to the concept that some Felons just need to be in jail.

I love a happy ending......... Especially if he never reproduces. We need much less of that in the gene pool. And I can't figure out how he was out and about with that many felonies either. Sounds like the NY State criminal justice system isn't the only one in this country that is so incredibly inept and stupid.
