I grabbed up a little 219 in 30-30 yesterday ,im wondering if leverlution ammo would be to hot for it? 26" barrel should be a good shooter.

OHOH, meeting Gary at the range to sight in my Ruger #3 in 25-35, and he's playing with his 45 I think. He also said he was bringing his Winchester low wall 22. and the 03 sniper.
I'm not greedy, I just want one of each.

After seeing the title, I decided to add a 1907 in 32 ACP to the guns I'm bringing to the cabin. There isn't much open in small town U.S.A. on Memorial Day weekend so there won't be any buying opportunities.

I'm going to hit a farm auction today that has a Savage 99 on the list. I'll pick it up if the price is right, but I'm really hoping to get the old Winchester scope they have listed.

Just doing the usual log-in and look-see to see if anybody is selling a nice prewar R or a 22 HP. Haven’t seen one in a bit... The accumulators are becoming hoarders. Understandable, I suppose.

Just got back from the range with the 22HP. Tried 4 different loads with the Reeds 70 gr and 62 gr bonded. Shot pretty good.

Gary and I made it to the range. I think it was on about the 3rd or 4th shot fired the 25-35 took the diamond out of the orange dot target. Gary's 22 is amazing, so is the 03 shooting cast. It's nice to shoot an 06 for an extended period and not have the slightest hint of a bruise on the shoulder. We got bored shooting paper and started putting clay pigeons on the berm. Shoot one and break it into pieces, then shoot the pieces, then shoot the smaller pieces. Got a couple pics but left my cell in the truck, and it's raining. I'll get some pics up soon.

I need to mount scopes on a couple, load some shells for them. That’s it.

think i will sell the 336 and the 94. All right! A buddy of mine used to say 5-shot groups at 100-yards don't lie.
