These seem to be a terrific value, I like the new upland model with the oil finish stock, but I wonder about the quality of these Turkish made shotguns. Has anybody tried one?....Im considering a 12ga 26" Element Upland for a squirrel/rabbit gun........Hb

I have the black synthetic ATA Neo which is the same gun....ATA makes them for Weatherby. Mine is a 20 ga with 26" bbl that is super light and carries nicely. They take Mobil chokes which is a plus. If I had one gripe it would be the small safety which has some sharp edges. I don't have but a couple hundred rounds through it but no issues so far.
It's well worth the $300 I gave for it and fills a need for a 20 ga inertia auto without spending Montefeltro money. I'm a Benelli whore due to their reliability I've experienced waterfowling so I couldn't pass this one up.

I like the Stoeger 3020 better, for a cheap but very usable inertia 20.
They are a very fun gun to shoot, and so light for carrying.

I also am an Inertia shotgun whore, i have Benelli's, Franchi's and a Browning A5 but they are more pricey than the Weatherby. I will look at the Stoeger 3000 but a buddy of mine has a Stoeger 3500 that works well but its not near as sleek and svelte as the Weatherby Element......Hb
