you can find quotes from all the democrats and republicans from back then echoing the same argument for strong border enforcement and fixing immigration laws. We can all see how well they were fixed. Just a year or two before Trump took office Collins, McCain and all the RINOs promised to repeal the ACA. Look at how that turned out. The "severely conservative" Mitt Romney ran his campaign on a lot of stuff that proved out to be false. Who knew?

Someone else said "the fact that anyone wants to be a politician is proof they are unqualified to be one".
