Hank aka godogs57 picked this little dandy up for couple weeks ago, 1973 vintage brand new, almost hate using it but that’s what I got er for. Don’t carry very often do to my career, but it’s handy when I’m camping and on weekends...

I like em.

Sodbuster, trappers and large stockman.

Trappers in general.

Case, GEC, found a couple Old stock USA Winchester trappers. Schrade, old time, uncle Henry.

Yellow handled Slimline Trapper here. Probably been carrying it for 15 years. Gets sharper than hell too.

Been using a Carhartt badged 3 blade stockman made by Case as EDC for a few years. Picked it up in the outlet store n Branson. I have carried Case knives off and on for over 50 years with good service.

My Dad used to like them.

If i didn't prefer locking blades,
Case would be a top choice.

I've got a few trappers, a muskrat, a sodbuster and an old carbon steel folding hunter. The folding hunter has gutted more deer than that dumb bastard above will be able to jacklight in his life.

I only own one and it was my Grandfathers. I haven't used it since the 1980's. I get all weepy thinking of his calloused hands cutting rope with it during his last days on the railroad in the late 60's.

Thanks Judman, I'm the only one in the family outside of my Dad that wanted many of his personal items as keepsakes.

I have all his firearms as well but thats for another thread.

I have heard that, sorry for the crappy pic.

Was my everyday knife for years,
then one day I realized I didn't need such a
heavy knife. Bought a plastic handled one just like it.
Was going to show it too, but couldn't find it.

I love Case knives, especially slip joints. If I hadn't been carrying my own knife for the past ten years I'd carry a Case.

I have a dandy Case XXChanger lock back. It has 5 blades you can swap. It has been a wonderful hunting knife over the years.
