Imagine how many Mod 71's would of been spared a trip to the gun smith to be made into a .450 Alaskan if that rifle had been readily available.

I think the 45-90 was 1 in 32 and the 45-70 was 1 in 22. Not sure what the modern guns run...someone who has one surely knows. FOTIS - I want that rifle!!
