For a .300 RUM Classic Stainless

My preferred stock is the Macmillan Bridges but J Earl has proven impossible to get in touch with.

Unless anyone has recent contact info?

Other than that what does everyone recommend?

I'm sure that the Echols Legend will be suggested. Had one on a .340 once, was underwhelmed.

Sako Classic?

Pics would help.

Thanks all.

I spoke to J. Earl about 18 months ago. He had recently moved to Missouri, around Lee's Summit I think. His cellphone number is/was 830-305-7706.

LAW/Bansner stocks are a good fit and delivery times are fast. Damn good stock for the money.

Easttex, thanks for the info.

Brown pounder on a .300 RUM?

Never handled a Bansner.

Stock checkering is a must.

For a .300 RUM I would revisit the legend ...

On second thought, I’d revisit the 280 and ditch the RUM grin

I know it handles like a dream and mitigates flingin the 250 TTSX's at 3000 from my 375 Improved... I know I have pressed the go button but the rifle doesn't feel like it is whacking me like a 4x4. It'd be the only stock I'd entertain on another M70 RUM..
