Pretty wide punkin' on him and a longish muzzle. He just might measure out strong. Please update us when you get a green number on him. Haha his head or mine? I will update when I have the score

[/quote] Is he missing his upper canine or am I just not seeing it? Are you going to make a necklace out of the claws? Congrats on a beautiful bear and a successful hunt! I would love to do that once before I die.

The whole state of Arkansas is beautiful bike riding country. JWall have you ever went up scenic 5 to Morrilton? Well it's Hwy 9 and yes MANY times. I was on 9 going S today after Pinnacle Mtn and Wye Mountain. I have a video of 9 going over Winona Mtn today but for some reason they won't play after I upload to imgur. Hwy 9 and 16 run together in N Ark and 5 joins part of the route. One of my FAV places is Calico Rock. There are plenty of 1 day or multi day rides across N Ark. Thanks Jerry

I must have the highway number wrong. I think you turn off I 30 around arkedelphia or maybe malvern and come out at coonville. I took that road on my way to the Kraft paper mill. Phone is acting up and cant pull up map at the moment.
I was driving a hot shot rig about 30 years ago and had to bypass scales going to morrillton. The boss told me about a shortcut through the mountains. There is several 15 mph turns on the road I am thinking of. It would be great on a bike, it sucked in a 1 ton with a 32 foot flatbed. My memory isn't what it used to be.

Tex
Yes I understand. ATST the Hwys aren’t the same as 30 yrs ago. Right now the AHDT is putting in new bridges & straightening parts of Hwy 7 between Hot Springs & Russellville.
Even on 9 they’re nearly thru resurfacing & widening it.
Hwy 7 does go from ‘Arkadarky’ ( grin ) to H S, Russellville and parts N. Morrilton is East of Russellville. Today Hwy 5 is broken up into pieces and joins several other Hwys N of Little Rock.
As to memory, I have F M D ( fading memory disorder ), they say it doesn’t get any better. LOL
