What's ultimately going to happen to it?
Roger is going to lovingly raise it, bathe it, brush it and just before Christmas he’ll choke it out and make a scarf for his cousin. 😁jk I think it’s cool that Roger has a pet fox and I’m sure it’ll be a fun topic of conversation here. 👍

It's kind of hard to tell in the photos but it kinda looks like his pupils slit like a cat's. Is that right?

I'd have assumed that all canids have eyes like a dog, but that's obviously not correct. Is he skittish at all, Roger, or does he pretty much act like a dog? Or ????? We had a half-coyote dog when I was in high school and she didn't really act like a typical dog at all.

We had a half-coyote dog when I was in high school and she didn't really act like a typical dog at all. I had a half coyote / half red healer that was one of the smartest dogs I ever had. He didn’t act very dog like either. Never ever barked unless something was bad wrong. If he ever barked at night, you had better damn well grab your gun.

Love it man. Cool critters to watch work. Shot a grand total of one grey fox in my life and didn't like the feeling. Was a teenager and back then didn't mind shooting anything. Just wasn't for me. Cool critters. Hope he hangs around a long time.
