I've used red dot optics but never looked through a green dot. Which do you prefer and why?

If you drive NV...go green.

If not,go red and bolster the battery life and NO bullschit.

I agree with Stick on this one. Red seems to work better for most, if they're not using NV, and gives about twice the battery life for some reason over green, at least for me. Your results may vary, of course.
