I happened to mention that we'd never had the pleasure of trying them. Well, most of you know Richard & Judy are up at their lake camp, here in NW Ontario at the moment, Well, yesterday, Richard dropped in & bought us large package of these chops to try ! Feeling truly blessed ! Thanks again Mate ! Paul. "Kids who grow up hunting, fishing & trapping, do not mug little old Ladies"

I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

It'll give me some thinking time too !! I do know, charcoal will be involved. A little worried about finishing the "thickness" without an oven, but I'll come up with something. Paul.
