I got that same exact model and bought it from a Member here. At the time the seller on Ebay was out of them.

I buy them from tawnado airguns. I had to use paypal for payment as he's in great Britain. I've been happy, since ordering them twice.

I was lucky and got them from a member here and just installed them on my Tikka SL yesterday. These are my 1st set and I sure like how they installed and fit on the rifle. Appears to be a stout set of rings and the height is nice and low compared to some others. Well worth getting if you can find them. They are worth every penny. They shame most steel rings and are a huge upgrade over Talley Lightweights.

For what it's worth, I remember thinking shipping was actually pretty quick. Not two-day Amazon Prime fast, but within a week or so from Britain.

Its not the sellers I’m worried about, my eBay account was compromised about a year back along with my PayPal. Was not an awesome kickass time dealing with that. I have totally been down that road. I bought an $800 welder and received a broom. It was hell convincing the Indian dude to put me through to a supervisor...Poor fugger thought he was going to get fired or something. Kept reading scripts! That sucked, but I got made whole again and kept the broom! LOL His auction will take a CC without using PayPal. PayPal and Ebay are separate now. 4 left
