.... Omega 9k. Can be used on my POF 300 blackout AR pistol and an assortment of 9mm pistols. Now for the jail time.

I got mine out about a month ago. Osprey 9 model. Very happy so far. I use it on a 9mm FN 509,a AR in 300 BLK(subsonics only),and a Marlin 1894 CST in 357 magnum.
Works great with all of them. The quietest is the Marlin with 38 Special Ammo. Really pleasant to shoot.

How long did it take from start to finish? I've had one in jail since 3/28/19. Hear it's taking about a year?

Also the government shutdown delayed everything being processed until it was over. At least that's what they told my FFL dealer.

Was in my LGS today when the mail ran - they got 6 stamps in all of which was sent off in July of 2018. They said 11 months was the "now" average for them. I have 4 and 10 months to go then....

Fella walked into my LGS while I was there to pick up his suppressor. His paperwork went in last July.

I mostly use mine to shoot pigs, lots of fun!!! All the pigs you shoot, if you don't have one, get a 22 can. Subsonic 10-22 will kill any pig I've ever seen you have in a trap and they will remain a lot calmer than that loud ass even suppressed loud azz ARs you don't need to kill pigs in a pen. You can thank me later. I shoot em in a trap with 710 fps cci subs and a ruger pistol with a can...it doesn't take anything to kill a pig, even if you lung shoot every one.

I got one in two months ago, took 11 months. I’m at 11 months and 3 weeks on the second one, so hopefully I’ll get the call any day. Then there’s the promotional Silencerco that has hasn’t even shipped to my dealer yet.

ftbt, Congrats on getting your can. Welcome to the "watchful waiting" club. I was going to get a dedicated 5.56. But, upon further inspection of the best and most popular in class (the Surefire), I think I'll save my pennies and continue to use my SilencerCo Omega and Hybrid for that duty. The only real difference is the length, and that isn't much. BTW- Where did you buy the Omega 9K? Silencershop?

ftbt, Congrats on getting your can. Welcome to the "watchful waiting" club. .... BTW- Where did you buy the Omega 9K? Thanks. The wait time is crazy. No logical reason for it other than bureaucratic foot-dragging. Truth be told: You can get an FFL + SOT (Class III) MUCH QUICKER than the time it takes to process a Form 4. I seriously thought about doing that ..... it’s just more $$ up front. By law, the ATF has to process your FFL application within 60 days. I believe it is the same for the SOT. I got the Omega 9K from Radian Arms in Oregon. They had a combo-special for the can + one of their charging handles (which I could care less about) for $599.00. Such-A-Deal! I just checked and they are now sold out. (Even my FFL asked where I found the can.)

I'm waiting on three right now, a Crux, a SIG and a little Sparrow for my 22s. Told me the ones he has been getting in are running 11 months.

And yeah, 11 months still seems to be the current standard wait time. Although, he did say he's had a few come in quicker. Wish I knew the magic. I'd order one more can that way and be done.
