I had one years ago, a Zastava in 223. Didn't care for the shiny stock, but it was a good shooting little rifle. Sadly, some SOB stole it and it was never recovered. It was pretty well made, and functioned perfectly.

the Mini MarkX is NOT, I repeat NOT anything like a Sako. The Howa however is. If you want to build a custom MiniX, they take a lot of work, but make a cool little rifle when done right. Quite rare to have one built just for you. You don't have to have what every else has. I would recommend finding a very early Interarms that doesn't have the extractor relief broached through the receiver. I've built several that are newer ones, they just take more work to do it right the first time.

This little guy was in the Brownells Calendar a few years back. Same rifle as the mirror above.

Real nice guns.
They are not at all like my mini mauser
Mine does not have the thumb cut, it is very much like a Sako-- dated 6-87
