I agree. In fact, I’ve hunted in enough sustained cold to need to thaw conventional Nalgene bottles with a fire multiple times a day. Crack the lid on a factory Gatorade bottle and watch the liquid freeze immediately before your eyes. Water bladders in the cold are completely useless.

One such hunt.
