Once I figure out how to post a photo I'll post the recipe. I cook them on iron skillets in lard, served hot with butter and homemade maple syrup. It's an almost every day meal for the girls before school. I don't eat sweets for breakfast, my idea of breakfast involves lots of eggs and meat. But the girls love those schlapjacks. Speed is fine, accuracy is final.
