Toast, peanut butter, strawberry jam, skim milk.  That's not breakfast, that's rations.  I love toast, with either peanut butter and honey or peanut butter and rasperberry jelly. Blackberry, apple, strawberry all work as well

Snyder Schlapjacks:
2 cups flour
3 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp Mayo (absolutely not miracle whip unless you shoot 270s)
2 dashes vanilla concentrate
Blend well and fry in hot iron in lard. Flip when bubbles are starting to pop. Makes 6 schlapjacks. Serve hot with butter and sweetener of your choice. Just made these this morning. Top Notch! This may be a go to recipe.

You guys down south need to try some peameal bacon for nice changeup to smoked side bacon. It's easy to make, cheaper and awesome for any meal of the day.
