Somewhere around this joint I have an older Archers bible, revised edition written by Fred Bear. This one was probably printed in the late '70s early '80s but a lot of the content was older even then.

Something tells me there may have been some Colt recurves in there. I will keep looking for the book and see if I find anything on Colt recurves in it.

Have one back at the cabin will try to grab a pic next time I'm there. My uncle hunted it back in the late 70's early 80's. $50 I'd have grabbed it quick.

Actually have seen a couple of the short hunter Colt recurves pass through my local pro shop.
Browings..............was one getting a new string last month.

Used to be several clubs and even leagues in the factories, way back.
