The New York Times says only 75% of mass shootings are carried out by blacks. Looks more like 90%. But the MSM (other than the NYT) tends to only term it such when it's a white guy.

Just got off the phone with our daughter who lives in Riverside, CA. She said that the city council has just approved a 465 unit apartment complex for the homeless to be build with tax payer dollars and free to the homeless. That complex is to built four blocks from their million dollar home. It goes up for sale tomorrow. The agent said it may take a while because of so many other home owners putting theirs on the market as well. Our SIL said that it usually takes a week to sell in their area, but they expect it to take a month. Ha. The city council admits that crime will increase in this area, but they said the city owns the land and that is where they going to build it. Sad.
I think under Obama maybe, that the gov funding rules changed.........you can't put ethnic housing in just one area, has to be distributed. Same chit going on in my town. Some completed, some not. Had some teen thug shoot another by one last night.
