"Asteroid 2019 OK", last minute detection 5 day's ago not unusual. But size and distance was surprising. An earth strike could have been similar and nearly 3 times the size to the 1908 Siberian strike which flattened 770 sq. miles of forest. LinkLinkPhil

That will cause climate change...asteroids...anything ending in "oids" is Trumps fault too.

LinkLinkPhil As long as it's not in the class of the K-T Extinction Asteroid. That would mess the whole world up pretty bad.

Only the rats and rodents of the liberal socialist democrat black mayored cities would survive.

The small mammals of the K-T Extinction Asteroid survived while every dinosaur other than those with winged flight were wiped out, so likely the rats and such will do okay. Likely lots of birds and reptiles, too. Snakes and gators, for example, can get by without eating for months just fine. Birds can fly to better food sources. Small mammals can stay underground and live on bugs.

" We must step up our valiant fight against global warming. Or else we will just see more of this in the future"....... That'll be the narrative if they can't find a way to blame our current president.
