Are Winchester Power Point .338 caliber BULLETS available for reloading? Plenty of loaded 338 Win Mag ammo available, but not just the bullets.

We're they ever available as reloading components? If so, when did Winchester end selling them as components?

I have a 338-06, and was curious if Winchester Power Point bullets might be in the menu as an option. Doesn't look like it. I like Power points. C'mon Winchester, sell them.

I don't recall ever seeing PowerPoint bullets sold as components. Not saying they aren't but I have just never seen them.

I think you will find the Hornady Interlocks to be a close replacement. The construction is very similar and they have been around for a long time. In my opinion, they should be fine for 338-06 or even 338WM. Not sure I would want to use them in a 338LM or RUM though.

I see .308" 150 & 180 pp as components all the time and 130 pp .270 as well as 150 gr pp in. 284. But never have seen the .338" offered as component bullets MB

Winchester sells very few component bullets like they once did.

Never have seen them either, but I second the suggestion of substituting the Hornady Interlocks. I have used the 225gr in my .338WM on 7 bull elk and have never recovered one to look at. Range varied from 25 to 525 yards and accuracy was great. Used in a .338/06 they should be excellent IMO.
