I never did and I have stated as much since Barr was nominated. He is a member of the Bush Dynasty, nuff said right there. I'm not surprised. This is not going to be quick nor easy and where these cases may be tried will be enemy territory so hard evidence may not make any difference at all. Comey is a slug and managed to corrupt the department. There are a lot of other people that need to be convicted so we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Lack of candor = lying. There are several being prosecuted now for lying. Flynn ( and the FBI even admitted they did not think he was lying ), Cohen, and Stone. Yet everyone on the Democratic side of the equation has skated for the very same thing. Starting to see a pattern here.

If that were indeed the reason for not prosecuting obvious criminal acts, why use the Comey doctrine of "intent"? Ironically, Comey’s decision not to charge Clinton for violating the Espionage Act for mishandling classified information on her email server mirrors the same rationale that Barr’s DOJ applied in declining prosecution of him: a lack of evidence of intent.

Really, yet Barr's DOJ is prosecuting Jeffery Epstein in the SDNY. He thinks he can capture a conviction against Epstein in NY, a man connected to just about every famous person in America and abroad, but he doesn't have what it takes to successfully prosecute Comey for leaking classified information in NY? If the case against Comey is so thin, why would IG Horowitz make such a referral in the first place and why did Huber say the evidence was "Compelling" but the evidence lacked intent? Even though "intent" is not required. "Lack of Intent", and "No reasonable prosecutor would...", now where have we heard that line of Bull Shcit before?

Barr refuses to prosecute Comey at the Recommendation of the IG.
Sessions refused to prosecute Louis Learner at the recommendation of Congress.
Sessions refused to prosecute McCabe and the recommendation of the IG.
Sessions refused to prosecute Awan at the recommendation of....

Barr is no better than Holder, Sessions, Lynch, Rosenstein or Whitaker.
All talk and no action.

It was just on Hannity. Prolly BS. This referral was for espionage act - leaking and lack of candor ( lying). Ask fbtb to pull it off the innanet.  Word is Barr can go back later and prosecute. MAYBE they’ve offers him a deal to roll on the rest of the Rats. And their keeping all their cards closes to keep him from being Vince Fostered. That’s a real possibility! Comey is a professional and constant liar. He can't be trusted and most anything he said in court would suspect as perjury.

This is only retaliation by the president for the Russian collusion investigation. Republicans are being vindictive and its totally political, no crimes were committed.
I think everyone of them should have a early morning raid like they did to a Trump supporter. Problem is they have already destroyed most evidence. They were bold though, can't cover up the electronic communications as well unless you are a Clinton.

MAYBE I'll hit the winning numbers in the lottery this weekend too......I'll withhold judgement until all the facts are known, but Comey and all the others involved in this should be held to a higher standard than the average Joe because they held positions of power within the U.S. Govt....Misusing/abusing that power should carry penalties that would not only imprison him for a lengthy term, but financially ruin him and his immediate family to the point they would need public assistance to survive.....same/same for all the others involved...unless there are severe consequences for this type of bad behavior, it will continue to happen....non-prosecution ENCOURAGES this type schitt....
