I could ask Jesse this question, I guess, but somebody here knows, I'm sure. What is the minimum diameter that a muzzle can be and still have enough steel left to support/contain a .358 rebore? Thanks.

The barrel wall thickness must meet or exceed 125 thousandths per side (250 total) for safety, at the muzzle. For example, a 30 caliber rebore can be no less than .550 at the muzzle (.300 plus .250).

From what I have seen, Jesse will go a little less than cutrifle. I don’t remember specifics but my 9.3 is a little less than that.
I’m no expert at all but I do have 3 rebores from Jesse and they shoot great.
