The last post got a little long and a couple people had to understandably back out so I thought I’d repost to clarify. Just like last year we just fell into extra mature bull bison tags and cow bison tags for this Fall. I sold 2 of the 4 mature bull tags and I have two left. I have up to 4 cow tags left as well. The Tribe has been doing this the last couple of years giving us a couple extra tags last minute to generate money for the Tribe. Can hunt as soon as August or as late as third week of October and these are free-range wild bison as recognized by the Boone and Crockett Club. Here are a couple questions answered...the hunt is south of Billings MT on north end of the Bighorn Mountains. It is a 4 wheel drive hunt with some walking. Great hunt for anyone from 10 to 80+. The outfitter will break down the animal into your coolers/gamebags or and take you to a local taxidermist or meat processor. All you are responsible for is your tip, game bags and ice. This is not a cheap hunt but it is a bargain compared to the cost of an outfitter hunt in Wyoming for bison when you factor in the cost of the licenses which are roughly the same for both. The difference is ours includes the cost of the Tribal tag. We've been 100% successful on this hunt with both bow and rifle. It is still a hunt for wild free-range animals not a fenced hunt. I'm posting this here first so members that didn't have a Fall hunt can have first chance at a once in a lifetime animal. This is a fully outfitted guided hunt and all license fees are included in the cost. And to anser another question…yes a have a couple mature bull and cow openings for 2020 at the regular price on the price sheet. Please call, text or email with questions and for prices. Long Reference List available upon request...Thanks!!!
I only have 2 mountain lion hunts left to fill on the same Reservation. As with bison, the outfitter is the only licensed outfitter that currently hunts bison and cougar on the 2.3M acres. Hunts can be 1X1 or 2x1 and are fully outfitted and include the tag. We have 5 day and 7 day hunt options for all budgets. Dates available are from 2nd week of Jan to end of Feb 2020. Since no one on the Rez has guided for cougar this is a great opportunity to hunt un-hunted cats with a great chance to get a huge tom.
Lastly, I have some Nov/Dec openings for pheasant, goose, ducks, and turkeys on the same Reservation. 3 day and 2 hunter minimum booking required. Max party is 6 hunters. Lodging and guide is provided. Clients cook their own food in our lodge and buy their own licenses. 2 hunter party $300 a hunter per day…3 hunter party $200 a hunter per day. 4 to 6 hunter party $150 a hunter per day. One hen turkey included per hunter and $300 add on to shoot a tom turkey or a swan. Great hunt for wild pheasants with 20+ inch tail-feathers and you’ll see thousands of geese and hundreds of Rio and Merriam turkeys with tom's having 6 to 9 3/4 inch beards.
Thanks to all.

Please PM me about the 2020 season. I have a 95% original 1873 Springfield Trapdoor that needs to exercise on something other than paper. My son might join me so send us info please, PM. We live in MT.

Shoot me an email or a text and I'll give it to you. Ask him any questions and he'll tell you to give me a call as I book all his hunts for him and run his schedule. He's on the mountain hunting bison with a client from Norway right now.
