Beginning Sept. 23, you will be able to find Pumpkin Spice Spam on Walmart shelves. Fortunately, they aren't actually mixing pumpkin into the sweet mystery meat. Instead, they are mixing the meat with cinnamon, clove, allspice and nutmeg. Spam is recommending that it be used to top waffles for a delicious fall breakfast. Market research............ They did some searching for a new twist on an existing product. That one apparently did good enough that they will give it a try in the marketplace. Give it a reasonable amount of time & advertising and see if it takes off. If it doesn't take off after a predetermined time it vanishes. I'm not a big pumpkin spice fan but I guess there's a bunch of the younger crowd that likes it. Time will tell.
