people still watch that NASCAR dog and pony show? Every weekend. It's good stuff if you're in to car racing and automotive engineering. It beats the hell out of watching the NFL, NBA, and MLB. At least in NASCAR, these people stand for the National Anthem. Why do you have to watch anything. Get a life and go out and do something yourself. You don’t have a TV, right?

Yep, got cable but I'm not a couch potato. Yeah, I'm not a couch potato either and I do have a life. I work 6 days a week and work out in my yard and around the house, and shoot sporting clays, trap and skeet on Sundays. I record the races and watch them at my leisure. When it's 90* outside, it's nice to come into the air conditioning, sit down, drink a beer or six, and watch the race. Different strokes for different folks.

If anyone is interested Jr has a podcast called Dale Jr Download that is really good. He has guests on from all walks of life and its pretty entertaining. Hope his family recovers quickly.

Sr's was the next plane in line to land at Bristol behind Alan Kulwicki in April 93.
If my last name was Earnhardt I don't believe that I'd be flying to Bristol anymore.
