I have no problem with sales staff getting first chance at anything which comes on sale at Walmart. They work for schyt wages for a schyt employer. I know, my wife spent a couple months there. She did not get along well with the morning "worship to the altar of Walmart" sessions.

That said, if they want 'em, they gotta get out the checkbook and get 'em bought before someone else steps up with the cash. Don't they still have lay-a-way at Wally World?

Was that just with CCIs or with Feds and Rs and Ws also.

My Win 9422mag lever shoots Fed. WIN, REM into an inch at 50 and CCI 22 mags do about 2.5.

IIRC we shot 3 or 4 brands of good ammo thru it one day
1st time in my life I ever shot a 10/22.
Between that trigger and the barrel band.
It was not impressive.
I can see where 500ish bucks in a aftermarket barrel, trigger and stock would help one.

So you have the original bolt assembly and receiver left over from your 150 to 250 original purchase and 500 of aftermarket stuff to make to shoot a 1/2 to 3/4ths inch group.

Winning...........

I geuss????

Ruger never really impressed me any.

Allowing employees first chance to buy clearance priced items outright is one thing, but falsely telling customers "out of stock", willfully hiding them, or "neglecting" to put out on sales floor in order to prevent customers from buying first should not be permitted and in my opinion an offense that warrants disciplinary action.

Don't know what Walmart's official Christmas layaway start date is this year but last year it was August 31 and had to but picked up by Dec. 10. If they have a year-around layaway I haven't heard or seen anything about it.

I've read too that average hourly pay for full time Walmart employees is now over $14.

$249 in K Falls. Then transfer fee to a Cali dealer. And they'll charge me tax.

Maybe I'll look at the Redding store.

Hella bargain. Full size rifle. 22" barrel. Kinda glossy finish was not expected. Heard awhile back from one of the crew he likes them.. Walmart sells discounted already and this is like 52% off that. $369 Buds, $419 Ass Pro.

There aren't many full time employees at Wal-Mart and an "average" of 14.00 an hour for full time employees is still shyt wages. There's a convenience store near here that pays 15.00 an hour to start and the local Dairy Qeen has a help wanted sign in the window that says 14.00 an hour to start. Some of you crusty old farts need to get up to date on wages these days. It ain't the 1900's anymore.

Granted you aren't going to get rich at $14 - $15 per hour but it's about 2X minimum wage which ain't too shabby either for jobs that basically require no special skills, advanced training or degrees.

It's only 2x minimum wage in some backwards, behind the times states. Minimum wage is currently 11.10 an hour here and goes up to 12.50 Jan 1, 2021.

Yep, here too. Got a few not available in area results then the that message. Maybe I got the only one? I like the compact bugger. The UPC given is right off the box, whereas the SKU is what came up on Brickseek.com.

Brick seek is not working for the 20 gauge. I have heard it works if you have a Brickseek subscription... like a special for paying members. There is a Dexter link that works, but Dexter does not work for me at all...
