mike r i know, got out of shape about 3 yrs back when i busted up my shoulder. Recovering from injuries after age 40 requires a plan, BTDT. When a person does hard physical work on a daily basis it is hard to pay attention to your diet, especially cutting back on hooch. You are at a pivotal point in life that requires some life style changes. The next 20 years can be a lot of fun or a nightmare, there are a lot of guys on here that are enjoying their life and others that don't. Take care of yourself, you may live longer than you thought you would  mike r
