Why won’t my i phone pop-up blocker stop these annoying edge ads?

I get one once in a while but then the adblocker stops it. It appears that the adblocker doesn't kick in until edge appears once. It's kind of like Star Trek Voyager. The Borg adapts, then Voyager adapts to the adaptation.

Edge still irritating everyone? Got every ad blocker activated on my Droid, have Adblocker plus and it still thrives, only on this site.

It showed up again a couple days ago. It popped up several times then went away. Apparently Adblock adapted.

Same issue on my android. Started about 6 weeks ago.
I have an ad blocker. Doesn't help.

Why won’t my i phone pop-up blocker stop these annoying edge ads? When you add the Adblocker app to your iphone and go to settings, safari, turn on block pop ups then goto content blocker and switch it on but wait more than 10 seconds before exiting content blocker. This should block any of those annoying ads!
